I couldn't remember anything that had happened before everything went black.
My eyes dimmed, half-closed, then I stood up. The grass rustled as I stepped forward.
Somehow, I had a pressing urge to continue onward, like I was searching for something important. I began to walk forward, and came to the end of a log. Below it was a hill and something spiky. I wanted to turn back, but the pressing urge to continue onward won me over. I jumped off and slid down the hill, coming to the spikes. I shivered, and jumped.
